HMPD Detectives arrest man for Breaking and Entering. 
On November 10, 2014, Hope Mills Police Officers responded to a residence located in the 4300 block of Legion Road in reference to a break-in. Officers were unable to locate a suspect in the area and the case was forwarded to the Detective Division for further investigation. During the course of their investigation, Information was developed that led to the identification of suspect Henry Arnold Hall, 31, of the 3600 block of Locklear Street, Fayetteville NC. Investigators located Mr. Hall on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 and took him into custody for the break-in that occurred on November 10, 2014. Mr. Hall was transported to the Cumberland County Detention Center where he was jailed under a $7500.00 bond for the following offenses:
1 count of Felony Breaking and Entering
1 count of Felony Larceny
1 count of Felony Possession of Stolen Goods
1 count of Felony Obtaining Property By False Pretense
