A teenager reported her five year old Maltese, Casper, has been missing since last Thursday night (04/16/15) at about 9:00 p.m. when the dog ran away from her house on Mission Street near Vale Street. This is unusual behavior for Casper. He is only three pounds, does not have a collar or a microchip.
