On Tuesday, 04/14/2015, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Rowena Gracia, also known as Rowena Velonza, left her residence located in the St. Francis area of Daly City to go shopping and did not return. Rowena suffers from short term memory loss and is blind in her right eye. She is under a conservatorship due to a traumatic head injury. Rowena is described as Filipina, black shoulder length hair, brown eyes, 5'3", 150 pounds, wearing dark sunglasses, a cream colored trench coat and dark blue jeans. She has a tattoo of three roses on her left ankle. She has no identification with her, nor does she carry a cellular phone.
