Severe Weather North Texas 
The NWS Storm Prediction Center is forecasting a risk of severe thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon and evening across parts of the southern Plains and lower Mississippi Valley. The greatest risk will be across northern Texas, where an Enhanced Risk is in place.
The Farmersville Police and Fire department is monitoring the situation and will post alerts as warranted.
