Body of Steven Mitchell located 
UPDATE, APRIL 22: Unfortunately, a body that was located April 12 in the 600 block of Tracy Avenue has been identified as Steven Mitchell. The cause of death has not yet been determined. Thank you to everyone who helped look for Mr. Mitchell.

UPDATE, APRIL 7: Steven Mitchell remains missing, and police continue to look for him. He was reported missing on March 21. The last time he was seen was March 13. Mr. Mitchell is a black male who is 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. Please call the Missing Persons Section at 816-234-5136 or 911 if you know where he is.
