Crime Prevention Unit Stevenson Ranch, Zone 3, Public Safety and Crime Prevention Information for week of 4/06/2014-4/12/2015.

The following crime were reported in Zone 3, Stevenson Ranch.

A residential burglary was reported from the 24000 block of Sage Crest Circle.  The rear sliding door was shattered and the house was ransacked.  The victim reported $300 in U. S. currency missing.        

A theft from a vehicle was reported from the 24000 block of Pico Canyon.  The victim had his gym bag taken while at the location working out.  When he realized his bag was missing he went out to his vehicle and realized the suspect had used his keys to steal items out of his car.      

A theft from a vehicle was reported from 25000 block of The Old Road.  The victim had his wallet containing his driver’s license and bank debit card taken from his locked vehicle while it was parked in the complex parking structure.    

A theft from a vehicle was reported from the 25000 block of The Old Road.  The victim reported a “Garmin” GPS, “Cobra” radar detector and a set of “Snap” tools were taken from her vehicle.  There was no damage or signs of forced entry.  The value of the items were estimated at $900.

A theft from a vehicle was reported from the 25000 block of The Old Road.  The victim had both of the catalytic converters cut off of his Toyota Tundra while parked at the location. 

A shoplifting was reported from the 25000 block of The Old Road.  Suspects entered the business and stole several items and then exited the store without paying. 

A robbery was reported from the 24000 block of Pico Canyon.  The suspect brandished a knife when confronted by an employee for stealing.  The suspect left the location with a comforter set and entered a grey minivan.  The suspect was gone prior to deputies arriving.
