This past week in Zone 8 (East), the following Part-1 Crimes occurred:
A grand theft occurred near the 27100 block of Sierra Hwy., Canyon Country. Suspect(s) unknown stole items from the victim’s vehicle. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
A grand theft occurred from the 27300 block of English Ct., Canyon Country. Suspect(s) unknown stole items from the victim’s locked vehicle. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
A grand theft occurred from the 27500 block of Sierra Hwy., Canyon Country. Suspect(s) unknown stole items from the victim’s unlocked vehicle. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
A petty theft occurred at a business near the 19100 block of Golden Valley Rd., Canyon Country. Loss prevention reviewed store surveillance footage and observed an unknown suspect select store merchandise and conceal it on his person. After doing so the suspect left the store without paying for the merchandise. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
A petty theft occurred from a restaurant near the 19000 block of Golden Valley Rd., Canyon Country. The victim left her purse at the dining table while she used the restroom. Upon returning, she discovered her purse had been stolen. This incident is currently being investigated by Santa Clarita Sheriff’s Station detectives.
