On 04-18-2015 at approximately 01:30am, Officers at the Green Bay Police Department responded to a call of a vehicle rollover crash on Lombardi Av east of S Ashland Av. When officers arrived they found the unconscious driver trapped in the vehicle. Green Bay Fire Department also responded and removed the driver and transported him to the hospital as well as the other two occupants. All occupants were treated and released from the hospital with minor injuries. High speed and alcohol are believed to be a factor. The driver, 32 year old Joshua Thompson of Green Bay, was later transported to the Brown County jail for OWI 2nd Causing Injury (felony).
