April 3rd
Auto burglary – Parking lot of 11555 San Pablo Ave.
Between 0950 and 1045 hours, an unknown suspect shattered the victim’s rear passenger window and stole a laptop computer.

Grand theft – Verizon Wireless, 410 EC Plaza
Over the last three months, an unknown suspect stole several cell phones while they were in transit to the store.

Warrant Arrest - 11299 San Pablo Ave:
At 2015 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and arrested a passenger, a 23 year old male, for an outstanding warrant. The male was booked and transported to county jail.

Domestic Violence - 10900 block of San Pablo Ave\
At 0132 hours, an officer reports the arrest of a 51 year old female, after investigation revealed the female punched her boyfriend in the mouth several times splitting his lip. The female and her boyfriend live together and have a common child. The female was booked and then transported to county jail.

April 4th
Vehicle collision with pedestrian – San Pablo Ave. / Wall St.
At 0630 hours, an elderly driver passed stopped vehicles at the crosswalk and struck two pedestrians walking in the crosswalk. One pedestrian suffered a minor laceration to his head and the other a minor laceration to his finger. No loss of consciousness occurred. The pedestrian with the head injury was transported to the hospital. The driver remained on scene and cooperated with the investigation.

Recovered stolen vehicle – 3200 block of Yosemite Ave.
At 1130 hours, an officer located a black Nissan Sentra with a damaged ignition and no license plates. The officer discovered that the vehicle had been reported stolen to CHP on 4/2/15.

DUI - San Pablo Avenue and Central Ave:
At 0050 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested the driver, a 27 year old female, for DUI. The female was booked and then released on a citation to a friend.

DUI - Kearney St and Madison Ave:
At 0141 hours, an officer conducted a traffic stop and subsequently arrested the driver, a 71 year old male, for DUI. The male was booked and then released on a citation to a friend.

April 5th
Battery – Denny’s, 11344 San Pablo Ave.
At 0540 hours, officers were dispatched to Denny’s after a 25-year-old threw a cup of coffee on an Uber driver after the Uber driver told him that he was experiencing difficulties with his GPS. BART PD was at the restaurant and detained the suspect. The victim stated that he did not want the suspect arrested.

Residential burglary – 200 block of Carmel Ave.
On 4/4/15, between 1800 hours and 2200 hours, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s residence via a pried kitchen window and stole jewelry and a camera.

Residential burglary – 100 block of Ramona Ave.
Between 4/3/15 at 0930 hours and 4/5/15 at 1511 hours, an unknown suspect entered the victim’s residence via an open window and stole a laptop computer.

Drunk in Public and Probation Violation – 11450 San Pablo Ave
Officers responded to a call of an intoxicated male refusing to leave the business. Upon arrival officers located a 37 year old male asleep, hunched over the deli counter. The male was woken up and then taken into custody after it was discovered he was heavily intoxicated. The male was taken to county jail and it was discovered the male was on probation.

Auto Burglary – 6300 block of Conlon Ave
At about 0240 hours officers located an open car door. Upon inspection it was discovered a passenger window had been shattered. The victim was contacted and informed officers that several tools had been taken from the vehicle.
