This morning, shortly before 8:00 a.m., the Chula Vista Police Department received a call from the Chula Vista Middle School that one of their 13 year old female students saw a man "touching himself" in a car parked near the campus while she walked to school. An alert staff member was able to locate the car near the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Otis Street and gave a good description of the vehicle before it fled prior to police arrival. Approximately a half hour later a woman in the area of 800 Marina Parkway reported a man in a similar type vehicle "exposing himself". Police quickly located the parked car and its driver and determined it was t he same vehicle as the previous incident. The man in the car was arrested for two counts of indecent exposure and was brought to the Chula Vista Police Department, where the investigation is continuing.
