On Friday, April 3, 2015, at 8:30 PM, investigators with the Perris Police Department located Sammantha Maria Agner in the commun 
On Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at 5:00 PM, deputies from the Perris Police Department responded to a report of a missing adult believed to be at risk. She was last seen walking her black and white Boston terrier puppy in the 3600 block of Whieldon Drive, in the city of Perris, wearing a white shirt and white shorts with a pink floral print.
The missing adult is identified as Sammantha Maria Agner, 18 years old from Perris. As reported by the family, she suffers from a mental health illness. Samantha has prescribed medications that are not in her possession and she has no financial means to support herself, i.e. cash, credit cards, vehicle or job.
