Possible Attempted Child Luring 
A possible incident of attempted child luring was reported this afternoon to the North Aurora Police Department.
It occurred at the park at Sycamore & Oak St. A 14 year old female victim was approached by an 18-20 year old male, who asked for her phone number and then asked for her to get into his car. She refused and the offender drove away.
The offender was described as an 18-20 year old hispanic male with no facial hair and with a spiral mark shaved into his hair. He was driving an unknown make or model 4 door vehicle with an Illinois license plate. The plate was reported to have an "A" and a "8" in it.
