On 03/27/2015 at approximately 11:20 PM, officers responded to Myrtle Ave for a noise complaint, possibly involving underage drinking. Officers contacted the 17 year old party host along with approximately 15 other minors. Further investigation led to confiscation of alcohol and marijuana. The minor hosting the party was issued a citation for being in violation of Larkspur Municipal Code 9.56.030 and released to their father.
The Central Marin Police Authority has zero tolerance for underage drinking and the use of illegal drugs.
