Man Arrested for June 2014 Sex Assault of 63 year-old Woman; May Be More Victims

UPDATE: Fred Hubbard, 37, has been arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault for the June 2014 sexual assault of a 63 year- old woman.

His mug shot is attached.

Investigators believe there may be more victims and ask for anyone who has been a victim of this man to please come forward by calling the HCSO's Adult Sex Crimes Unit at 713-274-9370.

Hubbard also faces one count of aggravated sexual assault stemming from a case being investigated by the Houston Police Department.

(HOUSTON, TX) - Investigators with the Harris County Sheriff's Office's Special Victims Unit, and Crime Stoppers, need the public's help in identifying and locating a suspect who broke into an apartment and sexually assaulted a 63-year-old woman.

In the early morning hours of Friday, June 20, 2014, HCSO deputies responded to a sexual assault at an apartment complex located in the 10000 block of Old Bammel North in northwest Harris County.

The victim, a 63 year-old woman, told deputies the suspect broke into her apartment by kicking in the patio door then raped her.

She told deputies the suspect threatened to kill her if she did not comply with his demands.

The suspect fled on foot but not before demanding money and other items from the apartment.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

The suspect is described as a black male between 20 and 30 years old, approximately 5'9"-6' feet tall, of big build with a large belly. He had marks underneath both eyes. He was wearing a blue and white striped collar shirt, blue denim shorts, and black suede shoes.
