Highland - Victim assaulted in the area of Sterling Avenue and Walker Street, suspects remain outstanding

INCIDENT: Assault with a Deadly Weapon (PC245) and Attempted Robbery (PC664/211)
LOCATION: Sterling Avenue/ Walker Street, City of Highland
SUSPECT(S): #1-Hispanic male, 20's, 5'09, thin build, wearing a blue sweatshirt with white graphics on the front and black shorts
#2-Hispanic male, 20's, 5'09, heavy build
#3-African American male, 20's, 6'0, thin build, with black curly hair
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY:
On Monday, March 23, 2015, at approximately 7:30 p.m., two unknown Hispanic males and one unknown African American male confronted the victim in the area of Sterling Avenue and Walker Street. The suspects told the victim to empty his pockets and when the victim refused they assaulted him. During the assault, the victim saw the unknown African American male holding a knife in his hand. The victim was able to get away from the suspects and later realized he had been stabbed. The victim went to St. Bernardine Medical Center in the City of San Bernardino for treatment.
