Okemah Suspicious Death Ruled Homicide 
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has ruled 31-year-old Elizabeth Jean Magness' death a homicide. Last Sunday morning, a family member found Magness dead inside her home at 814 N. 4th Street in Okemah. The Okemah Police Department requested OSBI agents assist with the investigation. If anyone has information about this homicide, please call the OSBI hotline at 1-800-522-8017 or the Okemah Police Department.
