New Bulk Pick-up guidelines start next month! Residents may request a pick-up through the South Toms River smartphone application (http://SouthTomsRiver.mobapp.at) or call Borough Hall at 732.349.0403 (Municipal Clerk’s Office). Requests must be at-least a week before the scheduled date. Bulk Pick-up will be on the 3rd Thursday of each month. Therefore, Thursday April 16th is the next scheduled Bulk pick-up. Each household will have 3 Bulk pick-ups per year.
