SUSPECT 3: BEJARANO, RODRIGO, 22 year old City of San Jose Resident (in- custody)
SUSPECT 4: CISNEROS, GERARDO, 20 year old City of San Jose Resident (in-custody)
Gilroy Police Detectives have identified a fourth suspect in this investigation. A warrant was obtained for the arrest of 20 year old Gerardo Cisneros for the murder of Robert Heiser. This warrant has been served while Cisneros was in custody on an unrelated matter in Alameda County. Cisneros was booked at the Santa Clara County Jail on Murder Charges.
Investigators continue to follow up on leads that will lead them to 17- year old Isabella Chaidez also wanted in connection to this murder.
During the morning hours of February 16, 2017, Isabella Chaidez and Gabriella Ortiz were captured on a convenience store surveillance video with property belonging to the deceased. Ortiz and Bejarano remain in custody at the Santa Clara County Jail. Chaidez remains a fugitive.
