Highland - Deputies arrest Brandon Espinoza for Grand Theft Auto

SUMMARY: On Saturday, March 07, 2015, at 00:57 AM, deputies from the Highland Station spotted a stolen vehicle near Baseline Street and Sterling Avenue, in the City of Highland. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and took the driver, Brandon Espinoza, into custody. Espinoza was arrested for grand theft auto and booked at Central Detention Center in San Bernardino.
