Rockwall Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person:
The Rockwall Police Department is currently looking for Roy Lee Jackson, a Missing/Endangered Elderly person, who was last seen at a nursing care facility at 206 Storrs on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 5:15am. Mr. Jackson is an African American Male, 74 years of age, approximately 5’08”, 200 pounds with salt and pepper hair. He was last seen wearing a pair of pajama pants and a light blue hospital gown with a white checkered pattern and it is believed he is not wearing shoes. Mr. Jackson has a medical diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and Dementia with a Behavior Disorder along with Diabetes and there is a concern for his safety.
