Attempted Kidnapping on Whitman Ave 
Attempted kidnapping of a female juvenile occurred today around 1609 hours on the 24000 block Whitman Ave. Female is doing okay and is with her family.
Suspect is described as: White male adult, gray Nike shirt, black short, orange socks, and Nike sandals.
Suspect Vehicle is described as: White 4 door, Honda Civic, newer model, light blue dealer plate on rear (unknown auto dealer), possibly 2013 year of model.
