Upland Police Department Crime Information Bulletin 
This subject is Cherish Wallace. She has prior arrests for theft. Wallace will walk around grocery stores and stalk elderly female victims with purses. Once the purse is left unattended, Wallace will take the purse and leave the area. Wallace will take the cash and discard the purse in a trash can.
The latest incident occurred at Stater Bros. at 1619 N. Mountain Ave. on February 24, 2015. The purse was recovered at Magnolia Park. The only item missing was the cash. If you have any information please contact Detective Teague at (909) 920-6529 or email [email protected].
