Narrative:
On February 22, 2015, Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Bureau arrested Donald Osborne Hatch for child molestation. Hatch had molested a 4-year-old child while the victim was at Hatch’s residence. Hatch is currently in custody at the Ventura County Pre-Trail Detention Facility on $1,000,000.00 bail. Hatch will be arraigned in Ventura County Superior Court on March 9, 2015.
