Detectives Parks Bureau seeking public’s assistance identifying suspect wanted for “indecent exposure” at Obregon Park
Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department (LASD) Parks Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect who is wanted for “indecent exposure” at Obregon Park, 4021 East First St, East Los Angeles.
On February 11, 2015, at approximately 4:25 P.M., the Suspect parked his vehicle next to the Victim, who was sitting inside her vehicle. The Suspect attempted to get the Victim’s attention. When the Victim looked in the Suspect’s direction, the Victim saw that the Suspect was exposing himself to her.
The suspect, who is described as a male, Hispanic adult, 5’06”-5’08”, 190-200 lbs., black hair, and brown eyes and between the ages of 30-40 years old, was wearing a blue shirt and blue and white shorts.
The suspect’s vehicle is described as a Black 4-door Toyota with possible partial plate 6WPK---.
