HMPD Admin Offices to operate on 3hr delay today. 
Due to weather conditions, the Administrative Offices and Records Section of the Hope Mills Police Department will open at 11:00am today, February 24, 2015. The Patrol Division will continue to operate as normal and their services will not be affected by this delay.
