Help needed in identifying subject who assaulted a cab driver

The Daly City Police Department is asking the public’s help in identifying the below pictured subject. On Sunday, February 15, 2015, at 12:30 a.m., the below depicted subject got in a cab in downtown San Francisco. He was driven to the area of Geneva Avenue and Pueblo Street in Daly City where he got out of the cab and refused to pay. When he was confronted by the cab driver, the subject proceeded to punch and kick the driver several times, sending him to the hospital.

The subject is described as a Hispanic male, 25 to 35 years old, 6’ tall, 230 pounds with dark brown hair. He was wearing a long light colored dress shirt, red or pink tie and grey dress slacks.
