.A WEEK OF HIGH IMPACT WINTER WEATHER IS AT HAND. A QUICK HITTING
SNOW EVENT OCCURS TONIGHT AND ENDS BY MID MORNING TUESDAY.

THE OUTLOOK BEYOND THIS STORM IS FOR A PERIOD OF ACCUMULATIVE
SNOW SHOWERS OR SQUALLS LATE WEDNESDAY FOLLOWED BY A RETURN OF
NEAR RECORD COLD THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES
TEMPERATURES BOTH THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WILL PROBABLY AVERAGE 25 TO

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES.

* TIMING... SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA BETWEEN 6 PM AND 9 PM
AND BE MODERATE TO HEAVY AT TIMES OVERNIGHT THEN TAPER TO
FLURRIES SOON AFTER DAYBREAK TUESDAY.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...SNOW TONIGHT WILL CAUSE WIDESPREAD SLIPPERY TRAVEL
ON ALL UNTREATED SURFACES. THE TUESDAY MORNING COMMUTE WILL
PROBABLY BE SLOWER THAN NORMAL AS CLEAN UP EFFORTS ARE
UNDERWAY WITH THE SNOW IN THE PROCESS OF WINDING DOWN BY MID
MORNING.
