The weather forecast and low overnight temperatures and wind chill for Monday through Friday, February 16-20 meets the criteria to declare a Code Blue Cold Weather Emergency. A warming center will be opened each night from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. the following morning for anyone seeking shelter from the cold.
The shelter will be located at the Trinity Episcopal Church, 8th St. and Wood St.
