On Monday, February 09, 2015, the Harper Woods Fire and Public Safety Departments responded to a house fire in the 19700 block of Elkhart Street. Responding units were informed that the home possibly had young children trapped inside. Upon arrival, officers were able to determine that the residents of the home had made it out and were safe.
