On six separate occasions between 12/21/14 to 01/19/15, a 10-year old Daly City resident reported that an unknown suspect has been driving by, waving and smiling at him when he was playing in front of or near his residence on the unit block of Crestwood Drive. On one instance, the juvenile said the suspect demanded him to get into his vehicle. The juvenile said he told the man “no” and ran home when that happened. The suspect is described as a fair skinned Caucasian male, 30-35 years old, 5’10”-5”11”, 170 lbs., light brown hair, and dark brown eyes who drives a white Nissan 4-door type car or minivan. The suspect seems to come around during the mid-day when the victim isn’t in school (weekends, holidays, after school).
