Robbery suspect arrested in Georgia, facing felony criminal charges

The Arlington Police Department worked with the U.S. Marshals Service to arrest a suspect in connection with a robbery and kidnapping of a woman a few weeks ago. Donald Moses (DOB 4/27/1996) was arrested in Georgia today. Based on multiple tips and information collected during the investigation, detectives were led to Moses.

He is currently being held in custody in the Peach County Jail.

Surveillance video shows suspect in connection with robbery investigation

Robbery detectives continue to investigate this robbery and the resulting kidnapping. They have leads that they continue to develop and are now sharing surveillance video from the robbery to generate additional tips from the public. The video shows the victim driving up to the ATM outside the bank and being approached by a man who pointed a gun at her. It also shows the victim being forced to get into the trunk of her vehicle and the suspect driving away in the victim’s car. Detectives hope that by providing this video in addition to the suspect photos previously released that they will be able to identify the man responsible. Anyone with information about this incident is asked to call Arlington Police Robbery Detective Jeff Holloway at 817-459-5739 or Crime Stoppers at 817-469-TIPS (8477). Tipsters have the option to remain anonymous using Crime Stoppers and can be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
