FREEZING OF STANDING WATER ON ROADWAYS, PARKING LOTS AND
SIDEWALKS THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...TEMPERATURES WILL DROP SHARPLY THROUGH THIS EVENING.
THERE WILL BE PLUNGING TEMPERATURES AND LIKELY BECOMING BELOW
