Advisory

Magnolia Residents are urged to not park on public streets to allow for proper plowing operations during the storm.

The Magnolia Office of Emergency Management requests that all residents refrain when possible from parking vehicles on Borough Streets during the impending winter storm event. This will allow for Borough Public Works Plows to properly remove snow from the local roads.

Mayor Cowling-Carson, Borough Council, Office of Emergency Management, Police, Fire, Ambulance and Department of Public Works remind all residents to be safe and take proper precautions during the predicted storm. It is very important to not drive in the weather unless it is absolutely necessary. All of the borough resources are prepared to deal with this event and will be available to respond to the emergency needs of the residents.

Please look out for our neighbors especially our seniors who maybe especially in need of assistance during a storm with the potential as is being predicted.

The Magnolia Office of Emergency Management is continuing to monitor the upcoming storm and will be prepared to coordinate and respond to issues as they arise if necessary.

Please stay tuned to the media, the borough website, the borough's facebook page, and other resources for more information.
