Winter Weather Advisory for Friday and Saturday Snow and ice expected for our area 
The Spotswood Office of Emergency Management is monitoring a possible winter weather event that is forecast to impact our area Friday night and Saturday. The latest forecasts are calling for snow fall totals of possibly 4 inches beginning this evening. The precipitation is forecast to change to freezing rain during the early morning hours of Saturday.
Travel conditions will be hazardous during this time especially if there is freezing rain and ice on the roadways. Please use extreme caution when traveling. Residents are reminded to remove vehicles from the roadways, especially on those streets that are designated as snow emergency streets.
