Please be advised that an officer involved shooting occurred on campus at approximately 11:30 a.m. today, Thursday, January 22, in Parking Lot F (Channel Parking Lot). El Camino College Police Chief Michael Trevis has called in the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department to conduct the investigation into the shooting. The campus is open; classes are still in session. Please avoid parking in Lot F until further notice.
