Stolen Vehicle and Drug Possession
Location: Augustine Drive and Bowers Avenue
An officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop for a vehicle code violation. The officer made contact with the female driver and male passenger. During the vehicle stop, the officer determined the vehicle had been stolen out of San Jose. The driver displayed objective symptoms of stimulant use and a Records check revealed she was on parole for burglary. A search of her person yielded a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and transported to the County jail.
The male passenger was cited and released at the scene for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia (Case Number: 15-431). The registered owner picked up the stolen vehicle at the scene.

Residential Burglary
Location: 4500 Block of Lick Mill Boulevard
Between 1130 hours and approximately 1330 hours, a residential burglary occurred on the 4500 block of Lick Mill Boulevard. An unknown suspect forced entry into the residence via the front door. The suspect took multiple items valued at approximately $8,100 before fleeing the scene. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Warrant Arrest – Felony Location: Miramar Way and Halford Avenue
An officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop for vehicle code violations. A Records check revealed the male subject had an active felony warrant with the City of Santa Clara with $50,000 bail. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Burglary Tools
Location: Stevens Creek Boulevard and Saratoga Avenue
While on patrol an officer observed two male subjects wearing latex gloves and a shirt wrapped around their faces walking away from a closed jewelry store on Stevens Creek Boulevard. The officer detained
the subjects. In the adjacent parking lot, the officer noticed a male subject in a vehicle with its engine running and rear tail lights on. A female subject walked from the east side of the parking lot, entered the truck and they left the parking lot. The officer requested back-up to locate the vehicle and its occupants.
A Records check of subject #1 revealed he in fact had four outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and transported to County jail. A search of subject #2 yielded multiple burglary tools on his person. He was cited for the misdemeanor citation and released. The suspicious vehicle was located and an officer conducted a vehicle enforcement stop. The driver had a suspended license and was issued a citation (Case number: 15-532). The female passenger was not present in the vehicle, nor was she identified.

Drug Possession
Location: 2100 Block of Main Street
An officer made a consensual contact with a male subject standing behind a carport on the 2100 block of Main Street. Upon contact, the subject discarded a clear plastic baggy containing a white crystallized
substance. He displayed objective symptoms of stimulant use and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Drunk in Public
Location: 909 Kiely Boulevard
An officer was dispatched to the Veteran's Memorial at Central Park regarding a report of an intoxicated subject. The officer located the male subject and determined he was intoxicated to the point where he
could not care for himself. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Theft Location: 3000 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard
An officer was dispatched to Macy's by Loss Prevention Officers regarding a male suspect in custody for stealing $1,780.00 worth of merchandise. He was arrested for grand theft and transported to the County jail.
