Arrest Made in Sentinel Bomb Threat
This afternoon, OSBI agents arrested a Sentinel man for making a bomb threat that led the town’s police chief and two Washita County sheriff’s deputies into a man’s home where officers were met with gun fire. The police chief was hit several times in the chest and hand. Minutes before making entry into the home, the Washita County undersheriff loaned the chief a bullet proof vest.
James Edward Holly (d.o.b. 11-16-1987) is now behind bars at the Washita County jail arrested on a complaint of making a bomb threat. The district attorney will determine if Holly will face any other charges.
An intense investigation led investigators to Holly. He was arrested this afternoon after agents interviewed him about the bomb threat.
