Winter Storm Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service. NSPD encourages you to avoid traveling. Road conditions are expected to be very slick with zero visibility. Road salt is not effective when the temperatures are so cold.

If you have to travel, use extreme caution and give yourself more time to get to your destination. Bring warm clothing with you in case you become stranded and have to exit your vehicle. Please remember to MOVE OVER FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES.
