Critical missing 83 year old female with early stages of dementia. 
On 1/5/15 at approximately 12:00 p.m., Celeste Cielo Bell (DOB: 07-04-36) was last seen leaving the Wells Fargo Bank located at Brand/Doran. She indicated she was going to take the bus to her residence, however, she never arrived home.
Bell is described as a white female, 4'11, 130lbs, grey hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a burgundy hat, purple jacket over a brown shirt, green pants and carrying a red bag.
