11-10-14 Steven Teasley out of Asbury Park, NJ was arrested and charged with trespassing on Ocean Place in the Village of Loch Arbour. Teasley was further charged with obstruction following the police investigation. Teasly was committed to the Monmouth County Jail after being unable to post $7,500.00 bail. Ptl Vincent Volek made the arrest.

11-10-14 Dwight Jones out of Asbury Park, NJ was arrested and charged with trespassing on Ocean Place in the Village of Loch Arbour. Jones was also found to have an active criminal warrant out of Long Branch. Jones was committed to the Monmouth County Jail after being unable to post $3,330.00 bail. Ptl Nick Dowling made the arrest.

11-13-14 Reagan Akersten out of Ocean Township, NJ was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Edgemont Drive in the Village of Loch Arbour. Akersten was further charged with failure to utilize headlights, careless driving, driving while suspended, failure to exhibit registration and insurance. Akersten was also found to have an active Ocean County Superior Court warrant in the amount of $5,096.20. Akersten was turned over to the Ocean County Sherriff’s Office. 11-15-14 Luis Garcia-Cartagena out of Manasquan, NJ was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Ocean Ave in the Borough of Deal. Cartagena was further charged with obstructing passage of other vehicles, driving while suspended, careless driving, failure to possesss registration, uninsured motorists and failure to notify MVC of an address change. Cartagena was released to a responsible, sober adult pending a court date. Ptl Dan Liptak made the arrest.

11-15-14 Ruslan Workstus out of Long Branch, NJ was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance on Ocean Ave in the Borough of Deal. Workstus was further charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain lane and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Workstus was processed and released on a criminal summons pending a court date. Ptl Vincent Volek made the arrest.

11-16-14 Brad Viafora out of Long Branch, NJ was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspect crack cocaine, on Norwood Ave in the Borough of Deal. Viafora was further charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, failure to possess registration and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Viafora was committed to the Monmouth County Jail after being unable to post $5,000.00 bail. Officer Chris Mirrione made the arrest.

11-18-14 George Lopez out of Point Pleasant, NJ was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Norwood Ave in the Borough of Deal. Lopez was further charged with reckless driving, careless driving, speeding, driving while suspended, driving with an expired license and failure to exhibit an insurance card. Lopez was released to a responsible, sober adult pending a court date. Ptl Dan Lokerson made the arrest.

11-23-14 Yamel Marcial-Cortes was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Norwood Ave in the Borough of Deal. Cortes was further charged with maintenance of lamps, careless driving, reckless driving and failure to possess vehicle insurance card. Cortes was released to a responsible, sober adult pending a court date.

11-27-14 Jeffrey Migliore out of Ocean, NJ was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, suspect crack-cocaine, on Ocean Ave in the Borough of Deal. Migliore was further charged with possession of hypodermic needles, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. Migliore was also found to have active criminal warrants out of Ocean Township and Allenhurst. Miglore was committed to the Monmouth County Jail after being unable to post $8,500.00 bail. 11-27-14 Mckenzie Madreperl out of Neptune, NJ was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Norwood Ave in the Borough of Deal. Madreperl was further charged with speeding, careless driving and failure to maintain lane. Madreperl was released to a responsible, sober adult pending a court date. 11-28-14 James Martin out of Harlem, NY was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Ocean Ave in the Borough of Deal. Martin was further charged with failure to maintain lane, careless driving, reckless driving, driving while suspended and failure to exhibit documents. 11-29-14 Anthony Miscia out of Ocean Township, NY was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Norwood Ave in the Borough of Deal. Miscia was further charged with reckless driving, careless driving, speeding and failure to maintain lane. Miscia was released to a responsible, sober adult pending a court date. Cepeda was further charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, uninsured motorist, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and failure to make lawful disposition. 12-8-14 Patricia Lanza out of Interlaken, NJ was arrested and charged with criminal mischief following a police investigation. Lanza was released on a summons pending a court date. Ptl Dan Liptak made the arrest.

Montes was further charged with maintenance of lamps, careless driving, reckless driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. 12-21-14 Ashley Potts out of Forked River, NJ was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Ocean Ave in the Borough of Deal. Potts was further charged with speeding, refusal to submit to a chemical breath test, careless driving and reckless driving. Potts was released to a responsible, sober adult pending a court date. 1-1-15 John Saltarelli out of Toms River, NJ was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Ocean Ave in the Borough of Deal. Saltarelli was further charged with reckless driving, failure to report a motor vehicle accident, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and failure to maintain lane.
