EMERGENCY OPERATIONS - STORM WATCH 12/10/14 
The National Weather Service has advised the following: “A significant winter storm is expected to bring rain, thunderstorms, wind and associated hazards to the Bay Area. The storm is expected to begin Wednesday night and last into Thursday night. The storm will cause travel difficulties, dangerous conditions on the area waters, the potential for flooding, and downed trees and power lines across the Bay Area.”
