Motorists should expect traffic delays on Friday, December 5, 2014, in the area of the Palmyra Square (Railroad and Main Streets).
The Christmas Tree lighting will begin at 6:45 PM. South Railroad Street from Main Street to Cherry Street will be closed from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
