WHEN: Monday, December 1, 2014 – between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.
WHERE: Communications Building – Men’s Restroom
WHAT: A female student met a male in October 2014 and had been communicating with him. On December 1, 2014, the victim met the suspect at the Communications Building. The suspect allegedly took her into the men’s restroom in the Communications Building and coerced her into engaging in oral copulation. The victim contacted ECC Police on December 4, 2014. Male half Caucasian/half African American, approximately 30 years old. Height approximately 4’9” to 5’1”, slightly longer than shoulder length hair, worn in a bun, wears glasses, has a goatee; and carries a messenger-type bag
