Location: Lick Mill Boulevard and Tasman Drive
An officer contacted a male subject at Lick Mill Boulevard and Tasman Drive. A Records check advised the officer that the subject had a $10,000 warrant out of San Mateo County. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Location: 4400 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard
An unknown suspect(s) broke into the front passenger side window of a vehicle in a parking lot on the 4400 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard. Multiple items were stolen. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Drugs
Location: 3500 Block of Granada Avenue
While driving on Lawrence Expressway, an officer observed a male subject walking north on the east sidewalk who appeared to be looking for something along the concrete retaining wall. The officer pulled over and approached the male subject. A Records check revealed he had three grants of searchable probation in Santa Clara County. His cell phone contained messages consistent with someone selling narcotics.

A probation search of the subject’s bedroom yielded a controlled substance, items with the purpose of selling drugs and cash. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Driving Under the Influence
Location: Lafayette Street and Martin Avenue
An officer was dispatched to Lafayette Street at Martin Avenue at the request of the Santa Clara Fire Department. The male driver was located unresponsive, behind the wheel of a vehicle in the left turn lane on Lafayette Street. The Fire Department had to break a window to gain access to the subject. The subject displayed objective symptoms of alcohol intoxication. After unsuccessfully responding to standard field sobriety tests, he was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Possession of Paraphernalia
Location: El Camino Real at Bowe Avenue
An officer observed a vehicle on El Camino Real near Bowe Avenue with an excessive amount of smoke coming from its exhaust. A traffic stop was initiated for the violation. A male subject was the sole occupant of the vehicle.

A Records check revealed the subject was on searchable probation and had a suspended driver’s license. A search of his person yielded a used glass methamphetamine smoking pipe. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Warrant Arrest
Location: 3500 Block of El Camino Real
An officer observed a brake light out on a vehicle in the area of El Camino Real and Lawrence Expressway and conducted a vehicle stop. A Records check on the female driver and male passenger revealed the passenger had a warrant out of Sonoma County. He was arrested and transported to the County jail. The driver was released at the scene.
