Burglary
Location: 2000 Block of Tasman Drive
A male subject entered a victim’s garage on the 1800 block of Garzoni Place and stole a garage door opener from a vehicle before fleeing. Officers conducted an investigation obtaining valuable evidence.

An officer later observed the subject driving on Tasman Drive and conducted a traffic stop. He was in possession of the same clothes he was seen wearing during the incident. A Records check revealed he was on Post-Release Community Supervision for residential burglary. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Citation
Location: Winchester Boulevard and Stevens Creek Boulevard
An officer initiated an enforcement stop for a brake light violation. The male driver was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license. He was issued a ticket and released at the scene.

Petty Theft
Location: 900 Block of E River Parkway
An individual on 900 block of E River Parkway purchased an item a few weeks ago. The individual had not received the package and checked the delivery status. The status of the package showed delivered. The individual then reviewed personal video surveillance footage of the front door to see if the package was delivered. While reviewing the footage, the individual saw the package delivered on 11/07/14. Later that day, an unknown suspect took the package from the door step. The suspect did not have permission to take the package and remains at large.

This incident was reported to SCPD on 11/17/14. The surveillance footage depicts the suspect as a white male adult in his mid-twenties with brown/black hair that was long on the top, and shaved on the sides around his ears. The suspect also had a goatee. He was wearing a grey T-shirt with black horizontal stripes and had on brown shorts. The suspect was wearing white socks, and black Nike shoes, with red shoe laces, and a white sole. Commercial Burglary
Location: 2100 Block of De La Cruz Boulevard
An employee arrived to the 2100 block of De La Cruz Boulevard to begin work and noticed the warehouse roll-up door had been badly damaged. Upon entry, the warehouse was in disarray and several items had been taken, including handheld radios, tools, gloves and copper wire. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Pursuit
Location: Memorex Drive and Lafayette Street
An officer spotted a seatbelt violation on Lafayette Street at approximately 0748 hours. The officer initiated a car stop, however the driver failed to yield and accelerated southbound at very high speeds. After a brief chase, the officer canceled the pursuit.

A short time later, officers located the suspect vehicle near Lincoln Street and Civic Center Drive. Officers attempted to conduct a car stop, however the male driver and female passenger fled on foot, discarding clothing, shoes and a backpack. The female was located within minutes. She was eventually released at the scene.

Meanwhile, officers formed a perimeter in search of the male driver. Local residents contacted Dispatch with information on the whereabouts of the suspect. The suspect entered an occupied home, climbed into the attic and smashed through the firewall to gain access to a neighboring townhome. Despite officer instructions, he refused to surrender. At approximately 1236 hours, the suspect presented himself to officers inside a townhome on the 1800 block of Hillebrant. He was arrested on multiple counts of burglary, evading police, resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

Burglary
Location; 2200 Block of Lenox Place
Units responded to an interrupted residential burglary. The reporting party was upstairs with his wife and daughter. When he came downstairs, he saw an adult male unhooking a game console from under a lit Christmas tree and an adult male standing in the doorway. The reporting party yelled at the suspects and they fled.

After receiving the information over the radio, an officer witnessed a vehicle leaving the area with individuals matching the description of the suspects. The vehicle was occupied with three adult males and two male teenagers. Items matching the description of the stolen items could be seen in the car. The officer confirmed the items belonged to the reporting party. All of the suspects were arrested.

An unknown suspect(s) entered a residence on the 2600 block of Cabrillo Avenue through an unsecured bedroom window and stole miscellaneous electronic items. The unknown suspect(s) remain outstanding.

Warrant Arrest
Location: 3400 Block of El Camino Real
An officer was dispatched to the 3400 block of El Camino Real on the report of a male trying to open door handles on multiple parked vehicles. A Records check revealed the male subject had an active felony warrant for a sex offender registration violation. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Warrant Arrest
Location: 1500 Block of Warburton Avenue
An officer was patrolling a parking lot on the 1500 block of Warburton Avenue and observed five adult males standing near a vehicle smoking. A Records check revealed one of the subject had a felony warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.
