RPD-Community Notification.


The Riverside Police Department is making a community notification in compliance with the Illinois Murder and Violent Offender Against Youth Registry Act, 730-ILCS-154. In accordance with the Illinois compiled statutes, we hereby are notifying the community that a female individual, who is now listed on the Murder and Violent Offender Against Youth Registry Act, has moved into Riverside at 88 Forest Avenue. This individual's conviction was not for murder as she was convicted for aggravated domestic battery to a child and upon her conviction was required to register on the violent offender registry. The original crime did not take place in Riverside, however, the offender has now moved to her new apartment located in the Village of Riverside.

All Riverside schools and other mandating reporting locations have been advised by the Riverside Police Department of this individual's information, photograph and any other pertinent information that is allowed to be released per statute.
