Vehicle Theft
Location: Lawrence Expressway and Stevens Creek Boulevard
A male victim of a vehicle theft called to report he was tracking the stolen vehicle via his phone which was inside the vehicle. An officer initiated a vehicle stop near the intersection of San Tomas Expressway and Homestead Road. The vehicle failed to yield and continued to flee for approximately 0.7 miles. The pursuit ultimately ended in a parking lot on Kiely Boulevard where the suspect was taken into custody without incident.

A Records check revealed the female suspect had two active grants of searchable probation for narcotics and child abuse. She was arrested and transported to the County jail

Warrant Arrest
Location: 3500 Block of El Camino Real
An officer was dispatched to a motel on the 3500 block of El Camino Real on the report of a disturbance in the parking lot. The officer made contact with the female driver and male passenger. A Records check revealed the female subject had two felony warrants for her arrest with a bail amount of $35,000. She was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Warrant Arrest
Location: 2600 Block of The Alameda
A Santa Clara University (SCU) Security Guard observed a suspicious male subject on campus tampering with bicycles. SCU security followed the subject to the 2600 block of The Alameda while contacting SCPD. A Records check revealed the subject had a no-bail warrant for his arrest. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Probation Violation
Location: Civic Center Drive and Monroe Street
An officer contacted a male subject in a vehicle, parked in a no parking zone, on Civic Center Drive. A Records check revealed the subject was on searchable probation. He was in possession of alcohol as a minor. A probation search of the two residences he was associated with resulted in locating a stolen Samsung Tablet. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Residential Burglary
Location: 400 Block of Winchester Boulevard
An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the victim’s apartment on the 400 block of Winchester Boulevard. The residence was ransacked, and jewelry and credit cards were stolen. The suspect(s) fled the scene and used the credit cards at Eastridge Shopping Center in San Jose. The suspect(s) remains at large.

Fraud / Counterfeit bills
Location: 3500 Block of Greenlee, San Jose
Two subjects, one female and one male, were stopped near Boynton Avenue and Kiely Boulevard in San Jose. The female subject is on active probation with search terms and displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant. The officer located $1,100 in counterfeit money, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia on her person. A search of her residence revealed $7,000 in counterfeit money, the tools necessary to make counterfeit money, ten (10) different persons identification, nun chucks and an Airsoft pistol. She was in violation of her probation terms, arrested and booked into County jail.

The male subject displayed symptoms of being under the influence of a stimulant. He was in possession of a pen used to mark counterfeit bills. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Warrant Arrest
Location: El Camino Real and Morse Lane
An officer observed a vehicle traveling westbound on Camino Real towards the San Tomas Expressway without a license plate on the front or rear of the vehicle. The officer initiated a traffic enforcement stop on Morse Lane, north of El Camino Real. The male driver identified himself via a Mexico International ID Card. A Records check revealed the male subject had an outstanding $5,000 misdemeanor warrant for his arrest out of San Jose. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Robbery
Location: Pomeroy Avenue and El Sobrante Street
A female victim was pushed to the ground by an unknown suspect near the intersection of Pomeroy Avenue and El Sobrante Street. The male suspect forcibly removed a gold necklace from the victim's neck then fled southbound on Pomeroy Avenue. The suspect remains unknown and at large.
