Winter Storm Warning 
A Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 9 p.m. tonight, 11/16/2014, until noon tomorrow, 11/17/2014.
Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected.
Rain will develop early this evening and then change to snow by midnight.
REMEMBER THAT PARKING IS PROHIBITED ON DESIGNATED SNOW ROUTES WHEN SNOW/ICE ACCUMULATION IS 3 INCHES OR GREATER OR WHEN A SNOW EMERGENCY IS DECLARED.
Any vehicle found parked on designated snow routes is subject to towing and impoundment at the owner's expense. In addition, the owner/operator may be cited for a violation of OCC Section 351.16.
To accommodate student residents that typically park their vehicles on snow routes, Miami University will open up Millett Hall parking for displaced vehicles.
