Attention Rutgers Community:
This is an update to the crime alert that was released yesterday. The Rutgers Police Department has made an arrest of the suspect involved in the criminal sexual contact that occurred at approximately 2:00 PM on Monday, November 10, 2014 on College Avenue between Hamilton Street and Seminary Place.
Danwitt D. Jean-Baptiste, 19, of Roselle has been charged with one count of criminal sexual contact. Jean-Baptiste is not affiliated with Rutgers University.
The Rutgers University Police Department is continuing to investigate this incident and asks that anyone with information, or who may have been in the area at the time, contact the Rutgers Police Department's Detective Bureau at (848) 932-8025.

- Remain alert and aware of people and circumstances around you;
- Immediately report suspicious activity to local law enforcement.
