Flood and Wind Advisory for Peabody until 2PM Thurs. If you can safely do so please expose storm drains with leaves. 
The National Weather Service has issues a Flooding and Wind Advisory that includes Peabody until 2PM tomorrow. Wind gusts are expected to be 31-57 mph which is capable of toppling small trees. If you can safely do so please remove leaves and debris from covering storm drains to allow water to drain and prevent flooding. If you cannot, and see a storm drain that needs attention, please contact DPS at 978-536-0600 which is the 24 Hour emergency number. Heavy rains expected this evening between 5PM-8PM.
